Cancellation & Rescheduling
✨ Any appointment canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service(s).
✨ Any no-shows will no longer be able to book with me and will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s).
✨ Clients with recurring cancellations or reschedules will be required to pay a non-refundable $75 deposit before booking again.
Refund Policy
I can never get back the time, energy and product that I used to perform the service. Because of that I do not offer refunds. I do offer adjustments to your color if you reach out to me the week of your service if there is any issues, within reason.
